Watering

Hi,

Which is the best option for watering orchids? Is it by spraying or pouring and which is the best time to water and how much.

Fertilizing is according to the season or is it regular once or twice week,I am in India in Bangalore , the climate here is very pleasant all year round.

I am a beginner in growing orchids but very enthusiastic and can't wait for my orchid to flower and I have very limited knowledge of them.
I have select Vandas, Dendrobium, Cymbidium and Phalenopsis and I am not sure of their location. They they are on my terrace with no sunlight reaching them but bright light.
