Small Dots On My Cymbidiums

I bought Cymbidium backbulbs from a reputable orchid nursery estate. It looks very healthy and successfully sprouted. Most of the leaves are now more than 7 inches at least. I bought and potted them in May. I check and visit all these pots daily and I noticed there were two pots with at least one of the leaves has dots which you can only see when the sun hits it. What causes this? The dots were small like periods (.)but it is in the body of the leaf.
I potted them in fir barks, water and feed them as needed.
What causes these white dots to appear on my orchid plant and what should I do?
