Phalaenopsis Orchid Leaf Problem

I have had this Phalaenopsis orchid for several years. One of the leaves has a section on the top that is whitish and bumpy and seems to have gotten bigger. A newer leaf has a small section of spots. I am wondering what the problem is and is it spreading?
